We all have "bad habits" we wish we could break, or even some we don't want to break. When it comes to success and doing what it is you love, you will always have to sacrifice something. 1. Become an early riser by going to bed early.
I've found this to be so true yet so hard sometimes. When I do get to bed early, I always find I rise with a sense of purpose and readiness to start my day.
2. Start every day with an intention, focus or meditation.
Some call it meditation, prayer etc, either way the first part of my day is prayer filled with thankfulness for a new day to do something awesome. I've found that on days I don't do this, my day goes to "hell". No "pun" intended lol.
3. Physical activity. Do it.
This is SO true! We all are busy trust me the past few weeks have been insane, but we all have at least 25 minutes every morning/day for some kind of physical activity. Now if you're married, hey romance can be a great way to start your day and studies show that it boosts the very thing you need to fight sickness as well as depression.
