To maximize your time and efficiency, here are five essential and easy things you should do before bedthat will make help transform your waking hours into super productivity.
1. Take a look at your calendar. Like with anything, you always need to keep things planned and have a plan. If you don't have a plan, you will always fail. So before getting cozy, look at what you have planned the next few days, and take it on!
2. Get Your Workout On. This means everyone should do at least 25 minutes of exercise a day. It will make your day better as well as help you feel better. Make sure you have whatever you need in the morning ready.
3. Turn off your phone. Now this can be hard since most of us use our phones for everything in life, including our alarm clock. But, mostly our phones cause distractions at night which hinder our sleep patterns. Turn it off if you can and see how better you feel in the morning.
4.Write in your journal (Evernote). I keep track of everything I do in +Evernote including my little ideas that come to mind. Remember to always keep track of either your daily stuff or ideas in a journal. Try Evernote if you don't already, as that makes everything WAY easier.
5. Read a real book. Now this for me was really hard as I'm always busy with clients, my daily life, family etc. I did find that when I actually picked up a book, my brain started to hurt a little, but then I noticed I was reading ALOT of pages and really retaining the material. Reading non-fiction and something that can help you and your business is a great place to start!
